How long will my order take ?
Almost all products on this website are made/embroidered to order. Bandanas take up 7 days before dispatch. Blankets take up 14 days to be embroidered. Delivery times are on top of these times so please order in plenty of time if they are required for a certain date. Estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
What is the difference between a tie on and over collar bandana ?
on bandanas are simply tied around your dogs neck, collar bandanas have
a channel sewn in for your dogs normal collar to slide through.
Where can you deliver to ?
Waggy Campers can currently only deliver to the UK.
How can I pay ?
Waggy Campers accepts most major credit and debit cards through our payment partner Paypal. Find out more information about Paypal by clicking the link below. You don't need a Payapl account to pay just click pay by card and continue. We can also arrange to take cheques however items are not dispatched until payment is cleared.
How is my order delivered ?
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, excluding larger orders which are sent via Parcelforce. If you would like a different delivery service, e.g. 1st Class please contact us before making your order. For more information please see our delivery page.
What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered ?
Smaller items should fit through your letter box, if this isn't possible your order may be left with a neighbour or returned to your local sorting office in accordance with Royal Mail policy.
How will my order be packaged ?
Small orders are packaged in bio degradable mailing bags and larger orders cardboard boxes. We may on occasion use recycled packaging to send out your items.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes if you
wish to cancel your order please inform us within 14 days of receiving
your order. This excludes personalised items. We will refund all costs
but you are responsible for return postage, or you can choose to refuse
delivery of the items. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us
receiving the items or you providing proof of postage. Items must be in
an unused condition but the packaging may be opened. If you do not
return items or pass the cost of postage on to us we reserve the right
to bill you for costs incurred in collection. For more information please see our terms and conditions page.
What happens if my order is faulty/damaged/incorrect ?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund or replacement product.
