Where can you deliver to ?
Waggy Campers can currently only deliver to the UK including the mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man the Highlands and the Islands.
How can I pay ?
No Paypal no problem
Just press pay with card and you an continue your order without a Paypal account.
How are my items delivered ?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Parcelforce we can arrange for faster delivery just contact us before making an order. For more information see our delivery page.
What happens if I'm not in when the items are delivered ?
Smaller items should fit through your letter box, however larger parcels may be either left with a neighbour or returned to the sorting office in accordance with Royal Mail policy.
How are my items packaged ?
Smaller items such as the dog bandanas are packaged in biodegradable mailing bags larger parcels may be sent in boxes. We try to keep packaging down to a minimum and we ask that you recycle our packaging where possible.
What is the difference between a tie on bandana and an over collar bandana ?
A traditional tie on bandana simply knots around your dog's neck, an over collar bandana has a channel sewn on to it which you slide the collar through and put on the collar as normal. See our bandana shop for examples.
I want to order a tie on bandana what size should I choose ?
The tie on bandanas are usually available in three sizes upto 12 in. upto 16in. and upto 23in. these sizes do not include the ties so if your dog has a neck size of 12 in. you can safely choose the 12 in. size. See our size guide for more info.
Can I have a custom bandana ?
Waggy Campers welcomes your design ideas, just let us know through our custom bandana page, the only thing we can't do is reproduce trademarks, logos etc. without permission.
Can you make custom sizes ?
Yes just send us an email or tweet us with the pattern of fabric you like and assuming we have enough in stock we can make an extra small or extra large bandana.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes if you wish to cancel your order please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. This excludes personalised items. We will refund all costs but you are responsible for return postage, or you can choose to refuse delivery of the items. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the items or you providing proof of postage. Items must be in an unused condition but the packaging may be opened. If you do not return items or pass the cost of postage on to us we reserve the right to bill you for costs incurred in collection. What happens if my items are damaged/faulty ?
In the event of your order being faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will either refund or exchange the items.
