Waggy Campers hope you will be happy with your purchase but understands there may be occasions when you need to return an item. If you want to cancel your order please download the cancellation form here or use the one below, you must cancel your order within 14 days after you receive it and you must return the items within 14 days. We will refund all original costs within 14 days of receiving the goods back or you providing proof of returning the items. Before you cancel you may open the packaging but please do not handle the product more than necessary as we are in our rights to reduce the amount refunded to you. This excludes personalised items. Buyers are responsible for any payment of postage for returning an item unless faulty. We are not liable for items lost in the post we therefore recommend returning the item via Royal Mail recorded delivery and keeping your proof of postage. Alternatively you can refuse delivery. If you choose to accept delivery but do not return the items to us or pass the cost of return delivery on to us we reserve the right to invoice you with any costs incurred to us to collect items.
If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund for items, delivery costs and return delivery costs will be given.
